These Terms and Conditions explain the shared expectations for visits to Marblecardclub Lounge & Poker Room, an Adelaide, Australia venue for modern gastronomy, signature mixology and in-person offline poker.
Please read these terms before planning a visit. They apply to the physical venue experience, including table requests, dining, mixology service and participation in the offline poker lounge, together with applicable law and reasonable directions provided on site.
These terms apply across the combined Marblecardclub Lounge & Poker Room experience: modern gastronomy, signature mixology, the shared lounge setting and the offline poker salon. The card poker room is part of the physical venue and uses professional felt poker tables for in-person social play. Nothing on this page describes remote access, online play or an online gaming service.
On-site conduct
Visitor acceptance and directions
By visiting, you are expected to follow these terms, displayed venue guidance and reasonable staff directions while on site. Directions may concern comfort, safety, service flow or table etiquette, and are intended to help dining guests, lounge visitors and poker participants share the venue considerately. Please approach staff if a direction is unclear or if you need practical assistance during your visit.

Table requests and visit planning
Requests are subject to venue confirmation
A table request or enquiry helps Marblecardclub plan a visit, but it is not confirmed until Marblecardclub communicates confirmation. This applies to dining tables, lounge seating, poker tables and group arrangements. Please use the dedicated reservation route when you would like to request a table or discuss an arrangement, and wait for venue confirmation before treating a preferred setup as settled.
When making an enquiry, please provide accurate contact and visit details and tell the venue if your plans materially change. Useful details help Marblecardclub consider seating, service pacing, group coordination and poker-table planning. We do not prescribe a fixed set of details here; share information that is relevant to the visit you are asking the venue to arrange.
Operational changes and respectful flexibility
Placement, menu availability, mixology service, poker lounge configuration and session timing may be adjusted where reasonably required for venue operations, visitor comfort or safety. Staff will communicate practical changes where appropriate. Professional felt table setup is managed by staff, and no particular seating outcome, service substitution or session arrangement is guaranteed by a request alone.

Offline poker lounge participation
An in-person social cardroom
The poker lounge is an offline, in-person social setting centred on professional felt poker tables, considerate table etiquette and shared card play. The offline poker salon and card poker room operate at the physical venue, not online. Staff guidance supports orderly, welcoming play and may help participants understand the format or maintain a comfortable table environment.
Custom poker chips
Custom poker chips may be used as table-play materials within a venue format only. They have no financial function, exchange value or purpose outside the agreed social play at the professional felt table.
Tournament ranking points
Tournament ranking points may be used to record non-financial standing within a poker night or venue format. They are contextual to that in-person activity and do not represent a financial entitlement.
Friendly trophies
Friendly trophies may be used as social recognition for participation or table achievement. They are intended to support the shared atmosphere of the offline poker salon, not a financial reward or exchange.
Table etiquette and staff decisions
Participants are expected to help make poker nights calm, fair and enjoyable. Poker strategy discussion is welcome when it remains respectful and does not disrupt play. Staff may pause, reorganise or end participation where reasonably needed for safety, fairness or venue comfort.
Use considerate language with staff and other table participants.
Take turns in a timely way and avoid delaying shared play.
Handle cards, custom poker chips and professional felt with care.
Respect table guidance and the comfort of nearby dining guests.
Keep strategy discussion constructive and appropriate to the table.

Dining, mixology, and responsible venue conduct
Respectful shared-space conduct
Visitors must act considerately toward other guests, staff, dining guests, mixology service teams and poker-table participants throughout the venue. This includes using respectful language, allowing personal space, managing noise and treating furnishings with care. A comfortable lounge environment depends on visitors recognising that modern gastronomy, signature mixology and the offline poker lounge share one hospitality setting.
Food, beverage, and service directions
Please follow staff directions relating to food service, beverage service, seating and the use of shared venue spaces. If you have a relevant need or question about a planned visit, contact Marblecardclub before attending so the venue can respond with current information. Staff directions are intended to support a composed, hospitality-forward experience for all visitors.

Venue rights, legal framework, and terms changes
Venue operation
Reasonable venue discretion
Marblecardclub may make reasonable decisions about access, participation, seating and use of venue spaces to support safety, respectful conduct, service and orderly poker-table operation. This discretion applies across modern gastronomy, signature mixology, lounge use and the offline poker salon. Venue name and original materials
The Marblecardclub name, website materials, written poker strategy content, venue photography and other original content should not be reused in a misleading or unauthorised way without permission. Poker strategy material is editorial, educational content for visitors interested in thoughtful in-person play.
